A few useful details.

When does the delivery estimate start?

After your configuration and payment are confirmed: available stock with air freight is estimated at about one week; a custom order with sea freight is estimated at about three to four weeks, including production and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Your quote confirms availability and the current schedule.

What about shipping costs and import charges?

Shipping charges and the treatment of import duties and taxes are confirmed in your quote before payment. Please provide your full delivery address so we can review the route and landed charges.

What packaging will arrive?

We initially use plain protective boxes for the rotors and matched pads. Packaging may vary with the size and number of components. Your confirmed quote lists the exact contents.

What if the parcel is delayed or damaged?

Contact us with your order reference and tracking details. For visible damage, keep the packaging and send photographs of the outer box, label and affected part so we can review the shipment with you.
